Return Policy

We appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase from Isa Roe. We ask that you please inspect your purchase as soon as possible. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us through our automated return system. Returns will be accepted per the eligibility requirements below:

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items will be accepted within (10) days from the original purchase in store or (10) days from the delivery date of your items. After (10) days, all sales are final.
  • Items must have original tags attached and intact.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and damage free with original packaging.

Items that will NOT be accepted for return:

  • Final sale items are non refundable/returnable. Items will clearly be labeled on the website and in the store if they are final sale.
  • Jewelry, undergarments, intimates, hats and accessories

Return for Refund

If returning an item for a refund, packages must be marked postmarked within 10 days of the product delivery date or receipt date for in store purchases. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping labels can be accessed through our automated system. Refunds are refunded back to the customer in the original form of payment. Refunds cannot be processed when SEZZLE is used as a payment method.

Return for Exchange

If returning an item for an exchange, packages must be postmarked within 10 days of the original order date. Due to limited inventory, we may not be able to guarantee the exchange of an item. Please file a return request immediately. We will respond within (48-72) hours to all inquiries. If an exchange is unavailable, a store credit will be authorized for the original invoice amount. We suggest you return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as soon as possible to ensure availability. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item you received is defective, damaged or is the wrong item please file a return claim through our automated system as outlined below and select the appropriate reasoning. Damaged goods claims must be initiated within (96) hours or (4) days of receipt of the item. If you need assistance, please email

Shipping Charges

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which are nonrefundable unless an item is damaged. A shipping label can be generated and paid for through our automated returns system. Please see “How to Make a Return” below. You will need your email address used for purchasing and order id number on your receipt.

How To Make a Return

In order to make a return, please click the return button from the homepage menu selection or access this link: Enter your email used to complete your original purchase and order id number from your receipt. Once you access our automated system, you will be able to generate a return claim, print return labels, pay for shipping, and your return will be entered into our automated system for tracking. All returns must be processed through our automated system. Returns will not be processed if they are not pre-approved.
