The chest portion of the body is s smocked top (tighter fitting), the blouse then loosens up to a flowing bodice from the mid-waist down. The smocked portion of the shirt is accent with a matching material ruffle that flows into the sleeve line and accents the square neck. The sleeves are more of a puff sleeve with an elastic ruffle cuff hem. The shirt does fall shorter but is not a crop.
